When I started using the Cloudera CDH and Hortonworks framework, I struggled a lot to find the default password for their tools like Cloudera Hue Browser and HortonWorks Ambari and so thought to write a post which will give you the Default Cloudera Hue Username and Password. This is just a small blog post to let you know the Default Cloudera Hue Username and Password and Default HortonWorks Ambari Username and Password.
Default Cloudera Huw Browser Username and Password
Here is the default Cloudera CDH Hue browser user id and password:
Username: cloudera
Password: cloudera
The above should work fine but if you are unable to log in, then try (admin;admin) combination once as well.
Default HortonWorks Ambari Username and Password
In Horton works, you need to log into the Ambari to monitor your nodes and to get the editor for Hive/Pig etc.
Username: maria_dev
password: maria_dev
This was a short tutorial to let you know the Default HortonWorks Ambari Username and Password and Default Cloudera Hue Username and Password. If you are still unable to log in, share your error in comment.
Yay!!
Small and sweet one 🙂
Although these are basic but there are times when we are not able to find.
